Below is the letter we received from Royal Caribbean International® four weeks after receiving their initial response about the incident from our "Cruise from Hell". At this point, we have been waiting 11 weeks for an acknowledgment that the matter would be resolved. It is in our view a denial of any responsibility, although the tour was advertised in the ships itinerary. Also, as you can see from the letter we wrote about the incident, the accident was just a part of the whole incident and the way we were treated after the accident was cause for as much stress, if not more, then the accident itself:For privacy concerns, I have exchanged the name of my fiance for the number Royal Caribbean International® turned us into as noted below.
